From the moment I arrived, the staff's exceptional service and warm hospitality stood out - special thanks to Joe, Honey, and Nathalie for their outstanding customer care. the room, though cozy, boasted a comfortable bed and top-notch amenities, including an electric kettle for my daily tea indulgence. the efficient air conditioning ensured a pleasant environment despite the unpredictable Melbourne weather, while the flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's prime location near renowned dining spots like Supernormal and Sezar made dining choices a breeze, enhancing my overall experience at Victoria Hotel immensely.
